When it comes to parties and hosting, we have our small-plate staples, but are always searching for new and interesting preparations. In this class you’ll learn to prepare five elegant small-bite favorites: juicy Skewered Chicken Satay, Lemon-Tarragon Marinated Shrimp, Ricotta Cheese Sundried Tomato Pesto Crostini, Southern-Style Cheese Straws and Mini Loaded Potato.
